Ceraglaze®

A catalyzed, unsaturated polyester finish that produces the popular, lasting beauty of the “wet look”.Dries to 80% of the hardness of glass with excellent sag resistance, making it ideal for vertical surface applications.

Features:

  • Very high solids, very low VOC
  • Excellent chemical and heat resistance
  • Excellent filling properties
  • Can be applied with one-or two -component spray equipment
  • Can be applied at five to eight mils in one application on vertical surfaces or 10 to 16 mils on horizontal surfaces

Recommended Applications:

Case goods, occasional groups, chairs, dining room & conference tables
To make plugs, repair tools or resurface – often used by fiberglass fabricators.

 

Ceraglaze® UV

For high-speed production, UV Curing uses a photo initiator to expose a finish to ultraviolet light and polymerize it in seconds. The process is available in a variety of Seagrave coatings, from high-gloss to matte finishes, in both clears and colors.

Recommended Applications:

Miraglaze

A Catalzed Cyclo – Aliphatic resin finish that produces the popular lasting beauty of the wet look. 100% solid no solvent order. Dries to 75% of the hardness of glass with excellent sag resistance, making it ideal for vertical surface application.

  • Very high solids
  • Excellent chemical and heat resistance
  • Excellent filling properties
  • Can be applied with automatic or conventional equipment
  • Meets all current and proposed air emission requirements

Recommended Applications:

Filling flat panels, case goods, occasional groups and chairs.
